Looks similar to the 1941 version I have but with a longer objective tube. They're from the Soviet version of a Richtkreis I believe Rodolfo. ;)

Indeed Rodolfo - a common style of design seems to have come about fairly early. ;)

Niall, you eagle eye. You are right once again, I think ;)
It's the monocular of a Russian Richtkreis. In the appendix a complete set from 1939 with case and tree screw (Baumschraube).
