Hi Peter, it is indeed a Zeiss Asaltur 110mm double telescope. The graduated discs round the bases of the oculars are interesting, I haven't seen that feature before but they look authentic. They may be some kind of focusing aid, bearing in mind that these instruments were often set up for the general public to use.

It's a pity the serial number isn't visible.
